Bright pale straw colour. Very spicy, complex, intensely cedary nose. Dry, medium bodied, spicy, very cedary, somewhat baked, apple-lemon flavours with a lingering, high acid finish. Barrel fermented and aged sur lie for 12 months. The fruit seems a tad more subdued than expected. Has 13% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 430991
