TASTING NOTE: Great depth and complexity on the nose with plenty of cherry, plum, vanilla and leather tones. The palate is juicy and ripe, with big fruit tones offering cassis, blackberry and cherry with vanilla, leather and a long, rich finish. An excellent value and a great option for grilled sausages or burgers. (VINTAGES panel, May 2015) |
