John Szabo, M.S., also awarded this wine 90 points. (winealign.com, Aug. 19, 2015) TASTING NOTE: Terrific concentration to this superb find from this winery from an acclaimed producer. Notes of black cherry and plum are densely poised on the textured palate with good tension. A touch of smoke and black pepper add dimension. Excellent length with just a hint of smoky herbs on the finish. An impressive Bordelaise inspired blend. Score - 90 (Sara d'Amato, winealign.com, Aug. 20, 2015) |
