Bright medium yellow colour. Very attractive, complex, toasty, mineral-tinged, gently spicy, ripe lemon meringue nose with some refined cedar notes. Dry, medium bodied, well structured, very bright, intense, ripe lemon-lime meringue flavours with a lingering, very crisp, faintly spicy, complex, toasty finish. Screwcap closure.
