Bright extremely pale straw colour. Faintly honeyed, spicy, lemon-melon nose with some gently toasty notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, tangy, ripe lemon-apple flavours with a lingering, very crisp, somewhat cedary finish. Screwcap closure.
