Very bright medium straw colour. Gently spicy, ripe melon-pear fruit on the nose with some faintly toasty notes. Dry, medium bodied, harmonious, slightly spicy, very bright, ripe lemon-apple-pear flavours with a lingering, crisp, gently toasty, mineral-tinged, lifted, harmonious finish. Some 50% was fermented in stainless steel, the balance in oak. Has 13% alcohol and only 4 g/L residual sugar. The recommended 2012 (**/**+) was released on August 30, 2014 at $23.95. CSPC 350108

The family run Blue Mountain Vineyard and Cellars has been an influential force in the evolution of the British Columbia wine industry since 1971.
