HINE RARE VSOP COGNAC AC Fine Champagne
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer HINE
Orange-tinged medium-light golden amber colour. Intense, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, gently woodsy, autumnal, ripe plummy-caramel nose. Fairly dry, medium bodied, well structured, smooth, gently spicy, bright, warm ripe plum purée flavours with a lingering, caramel-tinged, harmonious finish that shows some faint hints of minerality. This truly classic "Fine Champagne" is a blend of over 25 cognacs with more than 50% from grapes grown in the "Grande Champagne" and the remaining from the "Petite Champagne" - the 2 finest cognac crus.
