The many fans of L.A. Cetto’s popular Petite Sirah won’t want to miss this opportunity to taste the Private Reserve. TASTING NOTE: Deep ruby in the glass, still with youthful purple highlights. Sunpacked aromas of blackberry, blueberry jelly, smoky cedar and mocha. Dry, full bodied and richly textured with big, ripe, fleshy tannins and a lengthy finish. This wine could age 2-3 years, or enjoy it tonight with rare steaks. (Vintages panel, June 2012) |
