Extremely deep intense purple colour. Extracty, slightly cooked spicy, herbal, cedary, Bourbon-driven, plummy, baked cherry nose. Dry, fairly well structured, medium-full bodied, spicy, plummy, dried cherry flavours with some minty notes on the long vanilla-driven finish.
