TASTING NOTE: Dark, brawny and intense, with chewy wild berry, licorice, black tea, vanilla and cigar box notes. There’s great concentration and length, with a mouthful of flavors and tannins. Drink now through 2016. Score: 88 (Mary Ann Worobiec, www.winespectator.com, Feb. 28, 2010) |
