Bright light reddish strawberry colour. Attractive, intense, very spicy, ripe plum nose with some frais de bois notes. Fairly dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, ripe plum-strawberry flavours with a lingering, effervescent, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, very crisp finish. |

Since creating their first in 1998, 13th Street's sparkling wines have been one of their great strengths. This is dry with a bright acidity and a creamy mousse, the Brut Rosé offers red fruit and mineral tones. Perfect as an aperitif or with smoked salmon. |
