| Tasting note: House Style: Lightly peaty, flowery, fragrant, spicy. Digestif [in older ages]. Colour: Full gold. Nose: Good whiff of earthy peat, oily smoke. Very aromatic. Body: Medium, rich. Palate: Very gradual development from malty, licorice-like, rooty notes through heathery, flowery, perfumy smokiness. Full of character. Finish: Very long, spicy, warming.
