Charles Baker's single-vineyard Rieslings are among the most definitive expressions of Ontario Riesling available. These wines, sourced from the Ivan and Picone vineyards, have captured the imaginations of wine lovers and critics alike, setting new standards for excellence. The B-side Riesling is a blend of younger vines from these sites and will deliver complex fruit and spice in a crisp, refreshing package, with plenty of that Niagara zest. It will be superb with pork chops. |
