A Vintage Assessments Explorer's Selection! |
Ontario's prowess with sparkling wines is no longer much of a secret: far too many superb examples have been made to keep a lid on the news. This traditional-method sparkler from Jackson-Triggs has always waved the flag with particular poise. You can expect a refined wine with apple, pear, lemon citrus and baked bread tones. A luxury sparkler at an affordable price, this would be a sophisticated palate-refresher at a formal meal. |
