Bright extremely pale straw colour. Slightly spicy, ripe apple nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium-light to light bodied very slightly spicy, fresh, ripe apple-lemon flavours with a lingering, mineral-tinged, fairly high acid finish. Has 11% alcohol and 14 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. The 2016 (**+) was released on December 9, 2017 at $27.20. |
