TASTING NOTE: Starting as a spinoff of Niagara's iconic Tawse Winery, Redstone was named Canada's Winery of the Year for 2017 at the WineAlign National Wine Awards of Canada. Aged 12 months in French oak, this wonderfully balanced Chardonnay shows floral, apple, pear, creamy vanilla and butterscotch notes in interplay. Pair with pork chops and Mexican street corn.
