A blend of Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Syrah grown in south-facing vineyards. The grapes are harvested at night to ensure they are as cool as possible - a technique that helps preserve the freshness and vibrancy that makes this rosé so desirable and food-friendly. Look for ripe, bright raspberry, cherry and strawberry and a marked, fine mineral undertone. Sourced from sunny climes, this wine is totally at home outside at a barbecue. |
