Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
GRAHAM BECK |
Bright very light pale salmon pink colour. Very attractive, slightly spicy, bright, ripe plum-cherry-raspberry nose with some very faint toasty notes. Fairly dry, medium bodied, well balanced, spicy, ripe plum-cherry flavours with good effervescence and a lingering, fairly crisp finish. Ready-to-drink. This tasty blend of 54% Pinot Noir and 46% chardonnay has 12.5% alcohol and 8 g/L residual sugar with lot number L18127 on the back label. |

TASTING NOTE: Svelte NV from pinot noir (54%) & chardonnay packed with berry fruit, creamy mousse from year+ on lees lifted by zesty citrus, softened by a dash more sugar than vintage-dated sibling. Score - 4 Stars (out of 5) (Platter's South African Wine Guide, 2018) |
