Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
MICHEL GASSIER |
Bright very pale day-glo salmon pink colour. Slightly spicy, honeyed, ripe apple-peach-melon puree nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, attractive, ripe peachy-apple flavours with a fairly crisp, unoaked finish. This elegant blend of 35% Syrah, 45% Grenache and 10% Rolle has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. Cuvee Le Pas du Moine ia a gold medal winning, certified ORGANIC rose coming from the south-facing slope of Gassier's Mount Sainte-Victoire vineyards. It's perfect for Fall celebratory drinking. |
