Bright pale light salmon pink colour. Fairly intense, very slightly spicy, ripe plum-apple nose with lots of mineral notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, fresh, ripe plum-apple flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, mineral-tinged finish. This blend of 80% Mourvedre, 10% Grenache, 10% Cinsault harmonious, 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. |
