Bright day glo delicate pale salmon colour. Elegant, somewhat spicy, ripe apple nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, tangy, fresh, ripe red apple flavours with a crisp, unoaked, high acid finish. According to the back label, this blend of Mourvèdre (not mentioned in the quoted Vintages Catalogue review), Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. The 2016 (**/**+) was released on June 24, 2017 at $23.95. |
