Tawse produces this wine in the saignée method, which uses free-run juice from select red grapes, in this case harvested from single-vineyard sites. You can expect a vibrant, dynamic wine with impressive red fruit, watermelon and floral notes. Pair with chicken fajitas, charcuterie, mild and soft cheeses, or Thai noodle salad. |
