TASTING NOTE: This Cabernet spent 15 months in French oak, which adds subtle smoke, coconut and vanilla notes to a core of cassis and spice. Give it a good home alongside grilled beef tenderloin served with grilled red peppers and blue-cheese-stuffed mushrooms. (Vintages panel, March 2018) |
