Not presented at the press and/or consultants preview in the LCBO lab. Here is my note from the 750 ml bottle (#74617 at $49.95): Extremely pale bright orange-pink colour. Attractive, very slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe plum-apple puree nose with some mineral-tinged floral notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, mineral-tinged, slightly spicy, gently plummy, ripe melon-apple puree flavours with a crisp, unoaked finish. Has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. |
