ORGANIZED CRIME |
Bright medium straw colour. Slightly cooked, lemon-apple nose with some resiny notes. Dry, medium bodied, spicy, baked lemon-apple flavours with a lingering, somewhat peppery, very crisp, faintly toasty finish. Ready-to-drink. One bottle seemed a tad oxidized with very high acid. Spent 10 months in French oak. Has 13% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar. |

Full and lush with butterscotch, vanilla, sweet cedar and caramel providing the backdrop for the ripe apple and lime citrus tones. Creamy and round with a long, buttery finish. Perfect for pork chops, grilled chicken or ribs. (Vintages panel, March 2018) |
