DUCKHORN |
Bright salmon pink colour. Mineral-tinged, ripe apple nose with some faint ruby grapefruit notes. Dry, medium bodied, harmonious, slightly spicy, fresh, ripe plum-cherry-apple flavours with a lingering, high acid, strawberry-tinged finish. This blend of Syrah, Vermentino, Carignane and Pinot Noir has 13.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. TONY ASPLER / 89-points / TRY - Slightly dusty, red berry nose; medium-bodied, dry, red apple and sour cherry flavours. Lovely mouth-feel. |
