TASTING NOTE: Sourced from rocky clay soils, this was fermented in stainless steel to preserve the bright, lifted fruit tones. The nose is floral and pretty with engaging fruit notes. Round, tangy and fresh with excellent weight, texture and impressively articulated strawberry and melon tones and a noticeable overall purity and lightness to the flavours. Very nice. Try with seafood or grilled chicken dishes. (Vintages panel, June 2018) |
