TASTING NOTE: Outstanding value here for such a quality Pinot. Ripe cherry, raspberry, strawberry and tilled earth paint the scene aromatically while the palate shows lifted cranberry, sour cherry, beetroot and dried herbs. The finish is lovely and elegant. Savour with grilled filet mignon and mushrooms, served with beetroot salad. (Vintages panel, March 2018) |
