Lovely bubbly here with notes of brioche, hay bale, lemon peel and crunchy apple. Zesty and bright with a crisp, dry, mouth-watering finish. Stellar value. A brilliant choice for tempura, lightly breaded fish, or peameal bacon sammies. (Vintages panel, Nov. 2017) |
