Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
ROSEHALL RUN |
Bright medium straw colour. Slightly spicy, honeyed, fresh ripe lemon puree nose with some gently complex, faintly toasty notes. Very dry, medium to medium-light bodied, well structured, tangy, intense, ripe lemon-apple puree flavours with a long lingering, high acid, very effervescent finish. Very nice job. Has 12.2% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar. |
