MEGALOMANIAC |
Bright extremely pale straw colour. Spicy, shy, ripe apple nose with some leesy, youthful, sulphury notes. Faintly off-dry, light bodied, very spicy, faintly honeyed, apple flavours with a crisp, unoaked, mineral-tinged finish. Ready-to-drink. This entry level blend of Chardonnay Musqué, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc has 12.5% alcohol and 10 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. |

TASTING NOTE: A racy blend of Chardonnay Musqué, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc, this wine flirts with being off dry and brings notions of perfumed flowers, lime, crunchy apple and juicy peach. It'll make a great solo sipper - it *is* a Selfie, after all - but will be equally enchanting alongside fresh spring rolls or summer salads. (Vintages panel, Sept. 2017) |
