TASTING NOTE: Peninsula Ridge makes this rosé from a blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2017 version is lithe and tangy with notions of strawberry-rhubarb jelly, sour cherry and pink grapefruit. Beautiful bright acidity makes it a great choice for food. It'll go particularly well with grilled seafood or ham sandwiches. (Vintages panel, April 2018) |
