This dreamy wine blends Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Cabernet Franc (27%), Merlot (11%) and Petit Verdot (2%), with 15% of the final blend made from dried grapes. It spent 16 months in a combo of French, American and Hungarian oak barrels. Tuck the wine in the cellar and let it slumber for 5-8 years, or decant it tonight and expect rich dark fruit, smoke and chocolaty notes that'll nicely complement steaks, ribs or smoked cheeses. |
