TASTING NOTE: Smartly sealed with a clear glass stopper, this pink wine is even better when opened. Notions of nectarine, pink grapefruit and sour cherry are tangy and sour-edged, and the finish is a lip-smacker. Chill and sip with grilled fish or calamari. (Vintages panel, April 2018) |
