Recommended by Vintage Assessments! |
To craft this wine, the ever-experimental Susana Balbo had the Malbec and Pinot Noir picked early and used extremely gentle pressing to get the colour she wanted. You will find a crisp, fresh wine with bright red berry tones and a refined minerality. This will be amazing with smoked salmon. |
