TASTING NOTE: \"We do amazing sparkling wines here in Ontario,\" Canadian music icon Jim Cuddy told Vintages magazine in 2016. \"I'm looking forward to working with Tawse on a sparkling.\" True to his word, Cuddy teamed up with Tawse to create this vibrant bubbly bursting with notes of green apple, pear, apricot, lime and mineral. Pop in Cuddy's 2018 album, Constellation, and sip a chilled glass of this wine with spring rolls, lobster mac 'n' cheese or fried chicken. (Vintages panel, Sept. 2017) |
