Extremely pale straw colour. Slightly spicy, somewhat dusty, apple-lemon puree nose with some bruised apple notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, very spicy, tangy, faintly grassy, apple-lemon flavours with a faintly grassy, high acid finish. Has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. |
