Pale straw colour. Lovely, refined, gently toasty, ripe lemon-apple nose. Dry, medium bodied, well structured, ripe lemon flavours with a lingering, crisp, complex, beguiling, gently toasty finish. Very good effervescence and length. Very tasty and ready-to-drink. A great food sparkler. Has 12.5% alcohol and 12 g/L residual sugar. This REPEAT last appeared in Vintages (***) on October 28, 2017 at $37.95 and was Recommended Best Buy.
