TASTING NOTE: Here's a bubbly that's perfect for springtime. Aromas of juicy apricot, spring flowers and cotton candy just can't wait to come leaping out of the glass. Ripe cantaloupe and tangy red grapefruit join in on the palate. Lightly chill and sip, or pour with seafood tempura or pasta primavera. (Vintages panel, Feb. 2018) |
