TASTING NOTE: Offers an impressively aromatic nose with notes of blackberry, sandalwood, spice and dark chocolate. This Kosher-for-Passover Cabernet shows great depth and structure, with ripe fruit, spice and oak tones throughout. Chewy tannins and a long, savoury finish. Pair with roast leg of lamb and herbed potatoes. (Vintages panel, Sept. 2016) |
