Very bright pale straw colour. Spicy, ripe apple-melon puree nose with some mineral notes. Just off dry, medium-light bodied, very spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe apple-melon-lemon puree flavours with a crisp, fairly high acid, mineral-tinged finish. Attractive and quite ready-to-drink. Has 11% alcohol and 18 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. |
