TASTING NOTE: Sourced from vines over 37 years of age that Hermann Weis brought to Ontario from Weingut St. Urbans-Hof in Mosel. This is a juicy, floral, zesty Riesling that delivers a wealth of lime, apple, grapefruit, peach and mineral tones. The sweetness is artfully balanced by the acidity, giving the wine perfect drive and lift. Just gorgeous. (Vintages panel, Aug. 2017) |
