| Bright golden amber colour. Intense, slightly sweet, honeyed, caramel nose with some waxy Macadamia nut notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, harmonious, somewhat spicy, complex, intense, ripe plum-caramel flavours with a long, rather elegant, lingering, gently oaky, fairly high acid, peppery finish. Has 43% alcohol and with a new lot number L210616 on the lower part of the glass bottle. This REPEAT last appeared in Vintages (***) on January 7, 2017 at $149.95 and was Recommended. |
