TASTING NOTE: This wine is made with Xinomavro grapes grown at an altitude of 700 m in the Amyndeon appellation, the only Greek PDO specifically for rosé. It's zesty and tangy with red cherry, watermelon and raspberry aromas and flavours plus a touch of crunchy red pepper on the lip-smacking finish. Pair with green salads or grilled pork kebabs.
