Fairly shy day-glo light salmon colour. Slightly spicy, very faintly doughy, ripe plum-apple nose. Very dry, medium-light bodied, attractive, slightly spicy, ripe lemon-apple-melon flavours with a crisp unoaked finish. A great food rose. Has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. |

TASTING NOTE: Light salmon color. This is so refined and beautiful with sliced apples, lemon rind and white peaches. Medium body, bright acidity and an ash and lightly fruity finish. Lovely balance to this wine. Drink now. Score - 91 (James Suckling, jamessuckling.com, May 16, 2017) |
