Very bright pale day-glo salmon colour. Slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe apple nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, very pleasant, fresh ripe apple-melon-plum flavours with a fairly crisp, very faintly bitter, unoaked finish. Has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. The previously released 750 ml bottle (#342584) at $22.95 is still available in some stores. |
