When you are looking for a big, bold, lively, aromatic and flavour-packed rosé that will pair well with seafood, grilled salmon or barbecued ribs, think Tavel. These famous Southern Rhône wines were top of mind for Louis XIV and they are still counted among the world's best. Typically crafted in an authoritative style with generous red fruit, garrigue and spice, this blend is founded on Grenache. |
