TASTING NOTE: Pask first planted vines in the Gimblett Gravels wine district in 1981 and produced their first wine, a Cabernet Sauvignon, in 1985. Winemaker Kate Radburnd has been making wines for Pask for over 30 years. This rosé is ripe and pretty with mouthwatering raspberry, strawberry, melon and citrus notes. Fresh and dry, it will be a refreshing addition to your next barbecue. (Vintages panel, Oct. 2016) |
