Not presented at the press and/or consultants preview in the LCBO lab. Here is my tasting note for the 750 ml bottle released on April 29, 2017 (cspc 325076) at $26.95. Extremely pale day-glo faint pink salmon colour. Fairly elegant, somewhat shy, ripe plum nose with some mineral notes. Fairly dry, medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, ripe plum-apple flavours with a crisp, unoaked finish. Has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. The 2015 (**/**+) was released on June 25, 2016 at $26.95. |

TASTING NOTE: This is a very perfumed rosé with lilacs, roses and strawberries. Some peach. Medium body with a very tight and tension palate of fruit and acidity. It's bright and lively. Always refreshing and energetic. Dry and delicious. Drink now. Score - 92 (James Suckling, jamessuckling.com, Feb. 6, 2017) |
