TASTING NOTE: Grown in vineyards surrounding the village of Koenigschaffhausen (say that five times fast), this 100% Pinot Noir rosé opens with lovely aromas of pink grapefruit, red plum and herb garden. Juicy, bright and tangy in the mouth with a lingering, lip-smacking finish. Pair with grilled sausages or schnitzel. (VINTAGES panel, April 2017) |
